Inclement Weather Policy

In order to streamline the process of notifying everyone of cancellations and other important info/updates for our church ministries, the following guidelines have been established so we can make notifications quickly and efficiently. Please make sure you’re connected to one of these modes of communication. 
Weekday Events
We use Galloway Township Public School (GTPS) system as a guideline:
 
  • SCHOOL CLOSED / EARLY DISMISSAL
    • If school is closed or dismisses early, all evening events will be cancelled.
  • SCHOOL DELAYED OPENING
    • If GTPS has a delayed opening, we will evaluate weather conditions and the condition of our parking lot and roads surrounding our facility and post an update on Facebook or via Text by 4:00 PM.

We will use the following modes of communication to notify everyone of cancellations:
